Initial Consultation
***FREE*** Consultation (1 hour)
Your Design Project begins with an Initial Consultation.
with your project ideas to give us a broad understanding of your goals and dreams.
This consult helps us to gain more knowledge about your ideas and goals for your project. We will offer our ideas and suggestions and discuss our process with you so you will have a full understanding of what to expect when we begin our journey together.
Once we are finished with your Initial Consultation, you may want schedule a "Preliminary Site Visit" with us to walk through your project with you.

Design & Drafting Consultations
Where your ideas take form!
These consultations occur during the designing and drafting the plans for your project. We meet with you online (Zoom / Teams) on a regularly scheduled basis to work with you on your project plans. We work with you hand-in-hand to create your project, with real-time 3D rendering (as necessary) so you can see your project evolve and make well informed decisions.
Each meeting produces renderings (as necessary) and plan updates you can review as your schedule allows, and helps you to
develop your ideas and questions for our designers
during your next meeting.
Construction Consultations
While You Are Building...
Construction projects sometimes encounter hiccups along the way. We provide you an opportunity to enlist our
"Remote Project Consulting"
services to assist you and your builder during your project.
Avoid slow-downs, excessive change orders, and a variety of other issues that may occur on your project by enlisting our remote services to assist your project in being more efficient and timely.
Projects also often require changes "on-the-fly" (known as "Change Orders") from both the Client and Contractor. Occasionally these changes may cause a period of Down-Time or a slowing of the building process.
Down-Time due to changes or misunderstandings between the Client and Builder can markedly increase your building costs. An open line of communication between the Designer, Client and Contractor can save you costly delays.
Kohr3D Design Group offers
One-on-One or Group Consulting
for your project while it is under construction. We will meet with you and/or your contractor on an "as needed" basis via online meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facetime etc.) to assist you with project changes, concerns, and offer advice to assist you in keeping your project moving forward efficiently.
