Many clients approach us with a "GC" (General Contractor) they prefer to use on their project.
We prefer to have a GC involved during the plan development stage of your project. This helps all parties to have a clear understanding of the project as it progresses, and gives the builder a "head start" on providing you a "bid" for your project.
SEARCHING FOR A GENERAL CONTRACTOR?
For our clients needing to find GC's - contacting, interviewing, and collecting their information and quotes can be a daunting task.
We may offer you referrals to "5-Star" - Vetted General Contractors from our private network.
As a Service we provide to our Clients, we would be happy to refer one (or more) of our vetted "5-Star" GC's from our private Contractor Referral Network (CRN) in your area.(subject to availability)
VETTING OUR CONTRACTOR MEMBERS
Our "Vetting" process for our GC members requires them to provide the same information a property owner should require before they contract with a GC.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
(Some of these items may not be required in your area
- Your Name
- Your Company Name
- Your business contact information
- Your website address (Not everyone has one, so just let us know. We will help you out.)
- Your Facebook and other social media addresses where you self promote.
- Hours of operation (for client phone calls)
- How Long in Business
- Contractor's License # if your state requires one.
- Trades License(s) (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
- Minimum of 5 Verifiable Customer References with contact information. (We will be calling to verify)
- Minimum of 3 Verifiable Trades References with contact information. (We will be calling to verify)
- ATTACH A Copy of your Current Liability Insurance
- ATTACH A Copy of your Business License, EIN, or State Corporation Filing
- ATTACH 5 (Five) PICTURES of your BEST WORK.
ABOUT OUR REFERRALS
While we do our best to thoroughly vet our network builders, not every client and contractor are a good fit.
We are continually growing our "Contractor Referral Network" of "vetted" builders who are committed to providing you with
5-Star Quality and Service.
We offer referrals to alleviate our client's workload. The Client (you) are responsible for making your own decisions in choosing your builders, and Kohr3D is not liable in any manner for providing referral(s) to our private builder network members.
A referral is exactly what it implies... Kohr3D Design Group does not endorse any of our private network contractors, yet we refer them as a "courtesy" to our clients.
Kohr3D Design Group and RC3D Design, Inc., individually or as a whole, and its officers, staff, professional partners, or any persons involved in the RC3D Design, Inc., family will not be held liable for any issues that may arise between the client and their builder.
