- ATTACH A Copy of your Current Liability Insurance
- ATTACH A Copy of your Business License, EIN, or State Corporation Filing
- ATTACH 5 (Five) PICTURES of your BEST WORK.

First Off: There is no fee for joining our Contractor Referral Network.
A Brief History:
Kohr3D Design Group was founded by a veteran Design/Build General Contractor with over 42 years of service in our community. Having experienced all of the frustrations that most builders experience at one time or another, he decided to start a company to help contractors gain new clients, to network with and learn from each other, and to build each other up. He believes that everyone will be a better version of themselves and become even more successful if they work together!
We often have clients who are looking for 5-Star contractors, from General Contractors to all other building trades. We are building this platform so that we all can share our experience and resources among our members. The true winning aspect of this group is that as we grow, we will know that our clients, your clients and our community will get the best quality and services from you and those you network with here. We are the elite, the upper 1%, and our team provides the best performance, quality and customer service available to our community. You are here because you have the experience and knowledge, and are driven to provide the best quality and customer care available.

THIS IS A FREE AND PRIVATE GROUP
All Prospective members will be screened for complete, accurate and factual information. You will also be asked to join our private Facebook Group once you are verified and become a member. Our Facebook group is only for our members and will be administrated courteously and professionally. There will not be any wait time for your posts, however advertising of any services other than your specific construction trade will not be tolerated. That is not what this team is about.
...(sneaky disclaimer from the Admin): "I will post occasional architectural design, graphic design and web design promotions in the group as well as business tools that you may want to check out that can help your business, and notifications designed to keep you apprised of our company news and offers."

However, we appreciate you recognizing and offering a finder's fee if you are awarded a contract by one of our client referrals! We are spending a considerable amount of promotional budget to network and bring clients you.
CONNECTING BUILDERS with TRADES
We provide you a place to network with others in our great industry without the typical (let us be blunt) B.S., Spam, ridiculous fees to get anything posted, and favoritism of what does and does not get posted by the Admins of many Facebook Contractor Groups.
SHARE YOUR NETWORK WITH OTHERS
If you have recommendations of other GC's and trades that you would consider 5-Star, please contact us and share their information. We will reach out to them and invite them to join our network. Having a continually growing pool of GC's and Tradesmen that you can trust and count on is an invaluable resource.
CLIENT REFERRALS WILL BE POSTED
in our Private Facebook Group for our elite members! Elite??? No, there are not delegations of rank or privilege in our group. You are all ELITE and equal in our eyes... That's why you have been invited!
WE CONTINUE TO GROW AND NETWORK
with General Contractors and Licensed Trades, Engineering firms, Real Estate agencies, Home Owner Associations, Chambers of Commerce and many more entities to build our network of clients and professional services for you.

Working with members in our group is at your own risk and we assume no promises or liability of any kind in your working relationship with other members. By joining our team, you acknowledge that you are responsible for doing your own "due diligence" when choosing another member or service to work with on your projects. You also agree not to hold Kohr3D Design Group or RC3D Design, Inc. liable for any misrepresentations or conflicts created by any member of this group.
PROFESSIONALISM:
As a member of our team, you also agree to present your company and services professionally to our clients that you will be referred to, and hold the highest standard of building quality, ethics and integrity in all business dealings with our clients. Each client referred to you will be contacted while you are building their project to provide support as needed as well as to follow up and get feedback on how the project is progressing and comp information that may be useful to you on your future projects. All of these services are to help you be the absolute best in our industry.
IT'S YOUR BUSINESS:
Kohr3D™ Design Group will not be liable for any issues, conflicts, contract negotiations, or any other facet of your contracting process between you and our clients. It's your business, and we know you will treat it as such.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:
You Agree That: If you are the "Awarded Builder" by our client(s) on one of our client referrals, we will provide you backup support if there are any details in the design that may cause a slowdown or halting of your project, and work with you and our client(s) to alleviate the delays from such issues that may arise. However, your review of all plans and engineering are your responsibility prior to commencing your project. We will be happy to help you work through any points of clarification you may need in the plans. Once our client has approved (signed off) on the plans and engineering (if applicable), they assume responsibility for any errors or omissions and/or conflicts in plans vs. engineering, as well as communicating their findings to the builder. Kohr3D™ Design Group and RC3D Design, Inc. will not be held liable in any manner for delays to your project due to errors or omissions in all plans created for each project once released to our Client(s).
PRECEDENCE OF PLANS:
You Agree that: In any case where there are structural engineering plans accompanying our design plans, and where there is a discrepancy between the two, that the Engineering will always take precedence over the design plans, and you will notify us immediately upon discovery of such discrepancies so that we are able to update our plans for our client(s). In no instance will Kohr3D™ Design Group or RC3D Design, Inc. be held liable in any manner for these discrepancies.
