*Letters and/or Reports (Sealed by Engineer) may be required by your local DSD (Development Services Department) in order to pass certain phases of your construction project. Reports are also typically required for Insurance Claims as well as "Foundation Assessments" and "Framing Assessments" while Pre-Planning of your project.

Kohr3D Design Group provides the necessary inspection(s) along with the required Engineer "Sealed" Letter or Report that you (or your contractor) will provide to the local building department to clear a certain phase of your construction project and move your project to the next phase quickly.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT vs. ENGINEER INSPECTIONS
More and more cities are moving certain inspections (e.g. framing and concrete pre-pour inspections) to what are known as "3rd Party" inspection services in an attempt to reduce their liability and better serve their communities more timely when it comes to permitted projects in their jurisdiction.

There are many 3rd Party Inspection companies available that offer their services - that have never even seen your plans or spent any time to understand your project.
